I have almost no images during the time I was pregnant with Arthas because I was intensely sick with severe hyperemesis gravidarum, however, I did manage to put on makeup for one day. This took place sometime in the third trimester, and I must have felt especially motivated that day or at least determined to put on a brave face as I was vomiting multiple times a day and nauseous the rest.
