Beautiful architecture is all throughout Bratislava in Slovakia, especially charming lining the city squares. We were there on a holiday and practically the entire city was empty, odd but great for photos!

I saw these wild horses on a cold winter morning in Oklahoma. So majestic, and the landscape out there is heavenly. Even with everything withered and dry after a long winter, somehow it all seems golden and otherworldly.

We began our grande adventure to the Eastern Caribbean with a plane trip down to Florida and out of the cold, dreary New England weather. Alex, Arin and I enjoyed the short flight (what a breeze that is!) but my Mom and Carl enjoyed their first-class one a little more, maybe. It was a nice, brisk morning when my sister brought her roommate on a visit to our hometown. We had some time to kill downtown, so we decided to take a walk and show off one of our few landmarks – the Old Covered Bridge. It is actually a new covered bridge – it was just completed a year or two ago.
