Flashback to December 28, 2015 I found these sweet images of Ariana fallen asleep on her changing pad and I knew I had to edit them. These are from 2015 so I will backdate them eventually. I hate it when someone I love is out on a stormy and dangerous night. Especially when they should be warm and cozy inside with me, instead of navigating treacherous icy roads during a blizzard. Maybe I worry too much, but isn’t it so much better when your whole family is safe under one roof? On the search for a delicious lunch spot Friday, we came across what appeared to be a newly opened bakery. Lanes may have been cut across – even though the exterior did not suggest a authentic fine European bakery, we were hopeful that they would at least have some sandwiches. Sadly, no sandwiches, but they did have a passable selection of pastries, breads, cakes, and other treats. I couldn’t leave without something for my munchkin, so for dessert he got a little decorated frog cookie which was promptly inhaled.

My little sweetie and I are not doing well this weekend – he woke up Thursday night burning up with a fever and it has been downhill from there. Today we are both pretty weak but finally doing a little better, both fevers are almost gone and no one has thrown up today.
